Plopsa characters
Plopsaland de Panne was the original Plopsaland park and can still be regarded as the "flagship" in the chain.
The theme park sits on the Belgian coast just across the border from France, and features rides and attractions themed around various characters from Studio 100's children's TV shows.
Amongst the attractions on offer are Anubis: The Ride, a superb Gerstlauer launched coaster; Draak, a powered coaster that weaves its way around and through a large medieval castle; The Big Wave, a Zamperla Disk'O; and Plop's Woods, a bizarre dark boat ride through a forest populated with hundreds of Plop gnomes.
In addition to the outdoor attractions there is a large "Mayaland" indoor section, plus the Plopsaqua de Panne waterpark next door.
If you're a Studio 100 or Plopsa fan, Plopsaland de Panne is the place to come. Even if you're not so familiar with all the characters, the theme park is still a great day out with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of attractions to keep young families entertained.
