Parc de la Vallée

Parc de la Vallée is a small amusement park in Massais in Western France, targeted mainly at families.

The long thin layout sits on the banks of the Argenton river, with the park's main entrance and restaurant at one end, and a Western themed area and volcano shaped slide at the other. There's a small dock and rowing boats are available to take out onto the river.

Major rides include Bobsleigh, the only known remaining operating Schwarzkopf City Jet coaster; Bateau Pirate, a nicely decorated swinging ship; and Luge, a self-operated toboggan run. These are supported by a large number of other attractions such as an oversized butterfly, nautic jet, trampolines, a kiddie coaster, dotto train, carousel and a water play area.

While Parc de la Vallée is not a large park, its river hugging location gives it a picturesque backdrop and makes for quite a walk from one end to the other. There are a nice range of well maintained rides to keep families amused, and could easily occupy visitors for a few hours.
