Comet is Walygator Grand Est's aging Vekoma rollercoaster, which it would be fair to say is past its best.
The coaster is the typically clunky old fashioned Vekoma product, with uncomfortable hard seats and overhead restraints, rough transitions and plenty of headbanging along the way.
Weirdly, the smoother parts of Comet are in the inversions (of which there are three: a vertical loop and a double corkscrew). Many of the jolts and bangs come during the supposedly straight pieces of track!
Comet is one of those ride-it-once rollercoasters. It's rough and uncomfortable, but not as bad as some other old Vekomas which are even worse.
