G-Lock is an aircraft themed flat ride at Walygator Grand-Est theme park in France.
The ride features four seater aeroplane themed ride cars, each attached to rotating arms which are in turn attached to a central rotating column. These combine to have the effect of turning riders upside down as their plane circles around during the ride cycle.
While it looks both spectacular and very fast, the aeroplanes rotate more slowly than it might appear from ground level. They do provide some powerful g-forces and a lot of moments of hanging upside-down, but the experience is not as gruelling as it might look.
G-Lock is a fun ride, especially for those seeking some thrills at Walygator Grand-Est, and has been nicely themed with its military base connotations.
