Walygator Sud-Ouest is the smaller of two Walygator parks in France, and is sited off the A62 autoroute midway between Toulouse and Bordeaux.
The park sits within a lightly wooded area with Château de Caudouin - an 18th century castle - at its centre which provides a great backdrop.
It features three rollercoasters: Boomerang, an old Vekoma Boomerang coaster; Mine de Thor, a brutally rough Zamperla wild mouse; and Coccinelle, an extremely noisy Zierer kiddie coaster.
Other major rides include Radja River, a surprisingly dry rapids; Drakkar, a thankfully wetter log flume; Dark Tower, a shot-n-drop tower; and Express Tour, a train ride around the park.
While Walygator Sud-Ouest is fairly small and lacks any major stand-out rides that make it a must-do park, it fairs better than its twin park largely thanks to its landscaped gardens and scenic castle.
