Greece isn't famed as a big theme park destination, and Allou! Fun Park is one of the country's biggest - not much of a claim. However, it works well as a nice city park, and is popular in the summer months as the cool air of the evening displaces the heat of the day.
On the rollercoaster front, when I visited back in 2005 the park had a Spinning Wild Mouse and a Big Apple, although their website suggests the mouse has now been replaced by another rollercoaster.
The park's flat rides are pretty typical - a big wheel, a drop tower, a pirate ship - but more worthy of mention is the log flume (which meanders around some nicely themed rockwork). In 2005 there was a dark ride which floated through some scary scenes, but sadly that no longer seems to feature on their website.
A standard spinning wild mouse, but one of the largest coasters in Greece
A drop tower giving views over Athens from the top
At 40 metres high, the biggest ferris wheel in Greece
Log Flume with some nicely themed rockwork and cliffs
