Zatorland is a small, primarily dinosaur themed park near Krakow. It’s similar in style to Blackgang Chine, and almost as bonkers although without quite the same charm of its English cousin.
The main attraction is a large walk into the woods past animatronic dinosaurs. Many, many animatronic dinosaurs. And then some more. Animatronic dinosaurs are interesting to a point, and you’ll probably reach that point about a tenth of the way down the path. But, ya know, dinosaurs!
In the centre of the park is an amusement area with a small collection of kid friendly attractions, including a kiddie coaster, small ferris wheel, a mini shot tower and some dodgems.
There’s another area featuring giant insects together with an upside-down house (because they go together?), oddly positioned outside the park’s main entrance gates. The quantity of humongous bugs is more reasonable that the volume of dinosaurs, but still not greatly exciting.
