Towers Street acts as the main entrance at Alton Towers and a gateway to a day of fun and adventure.
The view from the top of Towers Street is spectacular, looking down over the Lake to the impressive Towers ruins themselves.
Just outside the main gates, the building at the top end of Towers Street contains the Monorail station, which provides quick and leg-saving transportation to the theme park's main car parks.
At the other end of the Street is the Skyride, which can whisk visitors away high above the park on their way to either Forbidden Valley or all the way across the Gardens to the station next to the Towers.
Visitors should find everything they need to prepare for a day in the park along Towers Street. Towers Trading is the park's main shop selling a variety of Alton Towers merchandise, and opposite this is the Resort Box Office which offers Fastrack and other tickets for sale to make the most of a visit. Other facilities available include First Aid, Guest Services, toilets and photo collection.
The Front Lawns lie at the bottom of Towers Street, which play host to a number of special events throughout the year climaxing in the spectacular annual end of season Fireworks event.
