Donut Factory
Donut Factory launched at Alton Towers in 2019, and sits below the Oblivion drop in the heart of X-Sector.
Along with donuts similar to the ones found around the park, Donut Factory has an exclusive range of premium Donut Sundae offerings featuring doughnuts with ice cream and various toppings. Flavours include strawberry crumble, and Oreo biscuit with chocolate sauce.
Photos on posters around the outlet make these sundaes look spectacular, but the reality very much depends on the staff member serving. Sadly quite often the results look more like a donut with a bit of Mr Whippy dumped on top and some topping thrown vaguely in the same direction.
