The pin badge range is on sale in Towers Trading
Alton Towers' popular range of pin badges has expanded again for the 2022 season, with a large number of new designs on offer.
There are new ride badges for Th13teen, The Smiler, Nemesis, Duel, Wicker Man and Galactica. The Smiler pin has a hanging smiley face decoration, while the Wicker Man badge is made of wood rather than the usual metal.
2002 is the thirtieth anniversary of Katanga Canyon, and this is celebrated with both Katanga Canyon and Runaway Mine Train 30 year pins. These are accompanied by a badge celebrating the fifteenth year of Extraordinary Golf.
Katanga Canyon also features in a special five pin set of Alton's themed areas which also contains badges for Mutiny Bay, X-Sector, Forbidden Valley and and Dark Forest.
In a new twist for this year, there are two larger Wicker Man and The Smiler pin badges which feature flashing lights and sound effects too.
The standard pins cost £5.00 each, with the Areas set priced at £14.00 and the light and sound badges are £8.00 per badge.
