The trick or treat doors
The Trick or Treat Doors show was hosted by three witches - Molly, Millicent and Meg - who would invite children up on stage one at a time to choose one of the three trick or treat doors.
After chanting "trick or treat, trick or treat, give me something nice to eat!", the child then knocked three times on their chosen door to find out whether they had been awarded a "trick" (often this just meant nothing was behind the door) or a "treat" (where they would be handed some sweets). Of course, most of the time the kindly witches would offer another go if they encountered a trick!
