Resort Box Office
Resort Box Office is the place to go for anything ticket related at Alton Towers.
Guests can visit the Box Office to buy fastrack tickets to skip past long ride queues, book a last minute hotel stay, reserve a spot at one of the hotel restaurants or upgrade their day ticket to an annual pass.
Tickets for add-on experiences such as the Waterpark, Extraordinary Golf and Alton Towers Dungeon can also be purchased from the Box Office.
Previously visitors with special needs could visit Resort Box Office to get a Ride Access Pass, but these are now dealt with at Guest Services which has been relocated to "No 1 Towers Street", the building at the top of Towers Street.
