Ahoy there, and welcome to Pirates' Cove shipmates!
The nautical themed area originally opened at Chessington in 1988 and was known as Smuggler's Cove, before being renamed Pirates' Cove in 1999.
Blue Barnacle, the large swinging pirate ship, is the biggest ride in the area and is accompanied by the spinning Seastorm flat ride.
Also in Pirates' Cove is the Captain's Fish and Chips restaurant which sits next to Blue Barnacle and serves some great fresh fish and chips.
A huge swinging pirate ship ride, offering some of the best air time of any pirate ship in the back seats (1988-2018)
