Circular Thor
Sliding along one side of the Vikings area, Thor is Drayton Manor's Disk'O Coaster ride.
Thor features a large spinning disk, with riders arranged facing outwards on bicycle style seats around the outer perimeter. The disk spins and slides up and down a half pipe like track with an additional camel hump in the middle.
It features a wooden style theme, with a huge Viking helmet at the centre of the disk itself.
Zamperla's Disk'O rides have become popular additions to parks in the last few years, and the larger Disk'O Coaster model fits really well into Drayton's Vikings area and provides a great fun family-friendly ride to add to the park's attraction mix.
