Pirate's Cove
Sitting down in Smuggler's Wharf, Pirate's Cove lets riders set out to sea on a giant spinning disk.
The ride is a Zamperla Disk'O flat ride, which features a large disk that runs backwards and forwards along a curved halfpipe style track. Riders sit on outwards facing seats around the outer edge of the disk, which also rotates as the ride progresses.
Disk'O rides have become a popular addition at theme parks over the last few years. Gulliver's World's is a particularly nice example with a well themed skull rock face at its centre. It is one of the larger more thrilling rides on offer at the park, and is great for older children in search of something slightly more exciting than some of the other attractions more focussed towards younger kids.
