Dino Safari took guests for a trip in two-seater jeeps around a tropical land populated with dinosaurs and other prehistoric looking beasts.

The ride was pretty short, but there were some decent lego models to look at en route. There was a bit of typical Legoland humour thrown in for good measure, but overall the ride wasn't particularly exciting.

Another of Dino Safari's issues was its low capacity. Most of Legoland's rides are not exactly people-munchers but with only two-people per ride car, Dino Safari's slow moving queue could be huge even on relatively quiet days at the park.

Dino Safari was permanently closed at the end of the 2015 season and removed to make way for the Castle Hotel which was built on the same site.
