Duplo Dino Coaster sits in the heart of Duplo Valley, and has been designed as the perfect "first rollercoaster experience" for kids.
The ride, from Mack Rides, is designed to look like a giant colourful dinosaur built from Duplo bricks. The train navigates around light blue track which makes a simple oval layout, with lift hill at one end and a theming element at the other featuring a tree and a couple of smaller duplo dinosaurs.
The rollercoaster is exceptionally smooth, and the layout is undulating rather than featuring any big drops, which makes it really suitable for small children and older ones who are too timid to ride the larger coasters at Legoland.
Construction on the rollercoaster, originally due to be called Duplo Dream Coaster, began near the end of the 2019 season with the temporary closure of Duplo Valley, and continued over the winter closed season.
