Learning to drive in Lego City
Think of iconic Legoland attractions, and Driving School will doubtless come to mind.
The ride allows children to learn to drive, sitting in their own car which they can actually drive around a road system complete with traffic lights, road signs and speed cameras ... not to mention other road users!
Each car features a streering wheel plus accelerator and brake pedals, which children are taught to use via a training video before they get into their vehicles.
Those who successfully complete a trip around Lego City are rewarded with their very own Lego Driving Licence, which optionally comes complete with their photo (for a small price!) to mark their achievement.
