What lies behind the doors?
Death's Doors is a trick or treat themed scare zone at Thorpe Park Fright Nights event, and premiered in 2022.
The scare zone features 21 doors, with visitors encouraged to knock twice on each one. Lurking behind some of the doors are monsters and other creepy Halloween characters ready to leap out.
The characters that populate Death's Doors are great at interacting with visitors, telling stories and playing around. The concept relies heavily on visitors getting involved though ... if you don't knock, you won't experience very much at all.
Death's Doors is a great fun scare zone, full of interesting characters and dark humour that sits on the less extreme side of the outright scares on offer at Fright Nights. It's very entertaining, especially for visitors who get fully involved in talking to the characters rather than rushing through.
