One of the live actors who awaits guests at the Istanbul Haunted Hotel
Istanbul Haunted Hotel is an outstanding horror attraction presented at MOiPark, in Turkey's Mall of Istanbul.
The attraction takes place within a creepy hotel and is in three sections: a live action scare maze, followed by a mirror maze, with a dark ride finale.
The quality of the sets is very high, as is the professionalism of the actors who go out of their way to create some excellent scares. While the whole attraction is in Turkish, if the actors realise you are an English speaker then they will do their best to translate the soundtrack for you and ensure you get the full experience.
Istanbul Haunted Hotel is vast, covering an area of 750 square metres and taking around fifteen minutes to get through the entire attraction. It's astonishing to think that it is found inside what is predominantly a Family Entertainment Centre in a shopping mall: it would certainly not be out of place in a major theme park.
