Thunder Run is a family friendly runaway mine train themed rollercoaster at Canada's Wonderland.
The ride is a powered coaster manufactured by Mack Rides, which races around the park's Wonder Mountain centrepiece.
At times, the track passes through tunnels inside the mountain itself. Due to the short track length, the coaster makes two laps of the track on each run.
Thunder Run originally opened at Canada's Wonderland in 1981 as Blauer Enzian (which is also the manufacturer's name for the product), before being extended and relocated within Wonder Mountain for the 1986 season.
The coaster is an enjoyable family ride, and can offer a relaxing change from Canada's Wonderland's larger rollercoasters.
